Kojiki: The titles translates ‘News form ancient times’. This is a short symphonic poem inspired by the bombing of Pearl Harbour in 1941. The story told regards the childhood, adolescence, falling in love, suffering for the war and a death full of unanswered questions of a kamikaze pilot who might have taken part in the bombing. The final dance describes his assent to the empyrean world of his ancestors.

Kojiki: il titolo del brano si traduce ‘storie dai tempi antichi’ e consiste in un breve poema sinfonico ispirato al bombardamento di Pearl Harbour nel 1941. La storia narrata riguarda l’infanzia, l’adolescenza e l’amore, la sofferenza della guerra che si chiude nella morte piena di interrogativi di un pilota kamikaze che avrebbe preso parte ai bombardamenti. La danza finale descrive il suo ascendere al mondo ultraterreno dei suoi antenati.
